Align your hiring team with Perform
Perform workspaces are a great way to bring everyone on your hiring team together to align on roles and responsibilities, assign action items, and share Candidate insights Packets, resumes, portfolios, and any other important information related to the candidate or your hiring process.
Example

Create a section that has a topic for each person on the hiring team.
Provide a space for each member of the hiring team to jot down their questions and interview notes. This also creates visibility – at the beginning of the interview process – into who is responsible for which areas of expertise and what questions each person will be asking so that there aren’t duplicates. People can ask clarifying questions so everyone on the hiring team is on the same page.

Create a section for each candidate
In each section, you can create topics and assign them to an interviewer. They can clarify anything they need to before the interview and add their thoughts about the interview by using the comment function.

Create a Perform version of the Interview preparation template.
You can assign an action item for each interviewer that includes their focus area, what to evaluate, and sample questions. The interviewer can then use the comment function to take notes.
