Perspectives: The Role of HR in AI Adoption

Talent Before Technology

AI is rapidly transforming the workplace, and the success of its adoption hinges on the human element. It’s less about the technology and more about how employees experience and adapt to these changes.

This is HR’s moment to manifest a mindset shift. We need HR leadership to ensure AI rollout is as focused on the people impact as it is with the business strategy. To support this shift, we surveyed more than 1,000 employees and HR pros on the human impact of these strategies.

Too many rollouts, led by the C-suite and IT, are happening at a breakneck pace. HR can guide AI adoption in a way that fosters trust, proactively prepares employees for future changes, and ultimately strengthens organizational culture. In this webinar, we’ll discuss practical strategies for HR professionals focused on the human aspects of AI adoption.

We’ll examine key themes that emerged from our survey findings:

  • Enhancing HR’s business value by playing a pivotal role in successful AI integration
  • Upskilling employees through a range of AI resources, accommodating different behaviors, pace preferences, and learning styles
  • Trust-building through transparency and training, ahead of job security assurances or purported expertise
  • How to actually strengthen company culture by focusing on guidance, and treating AI adoption as a shared journey.
  • Prioritizing people and purpose, amplifying employee voice and actively monitoring employee sentiment to help measure adoption success.

This webinar is designed for anyone – but especially HR professionals – looking to understand and influence the human impact of AI in their organizations.
