Introducing the PI2 Platform: A New Era of Talent Optimization
This upgrade to PI2 is an evolution, making the platform more intuitive, actionable, and collaborative for your clients day-in and day-out.
We’ve intentionally evolved the platform from an assessment tool (Legacy) to a comprehensive talent optimization platform (PI2). The Legacy platform was primarily designed for HR practitioners to send and review assessment reports. This led to partners having to understand a user’s results and then figure out how best to apply those insights to clients’ day-to-day relationships, meetings, or hiring decisions. In PI2, this workflow has been re-imagined. The PI science and insights are translated into objective, rightsized recommendations. The right insight is provided at the right moment—whether your clients are hiring, managing, running a meeting, or delivering feedback. This makes it easier than ever to act on talent optimization across the organization at scale.
Please note that all future updates will be added to the PI2 platform — not the Legacy platform. Once the upgrade is complete, The Predictive Index will no longer support the Legacy platform.

How PI2 Will Benefit You As a Partner
