What’s staying the same?

There are several ways in which pricing and packaging will feel similar between Legacy and PI2, including: 

  • The Legacy rate card and PI2 rate card have identical pricing rates.
  • In PI2, you can continue to sell based on the headcount of the organization. Similar to Legacy, all five PI2 products will have an employee-based plan.
  • Discounting in PI2 is unchanged from Legacy. 
  • As with the Legacy platform, we are discontinuing the teams-based option when selling Design in PI.
What’s changing?

The PI2 platform features several key updates that can help you in pricing the solutions you offer to your clients.

First, you’ll soon have visibility into how much a client has been using their subscription. This will help you have more productive expansion conversations with your clients. For specifics on this, refer to the Software Upgrade Support Resource. Each module will measure the number of employees according to the job to be done within the module:

  • Inspire/Design: Employees visible in the module.
  • Hire: You will monitor Hire employee usage in PI2 as you do in Legacy, which is based on the headcount of the organization or segment of the organization using PI Hire in their selection process.
  • Perform: Number of users.
  • Diagnose: Responses to a survey.

Second, the pricing of the upcoming PI2 workshops is now available on the updated rate card. To view the pricing, click on the “PI2 Workshop Pricing” tab. Please note that your ability to discount the PI2 workshops remains the same as discounting Legacy workshops. Additionally, as stated previously, the workshop ‘Decode Workplace Behavior with PI’ is a prerequisite for each of the following workshops. Please take this into consideration when selling the other modules.
