In this section, you will discover the increased modularity of the PI2 workshops.

We link all workshop-related content in the Workshop Preparedness Resource, including slide decks, facilitator guides, participant materials, customizable marketing one-pagers, completion certificates, and information about SHRM and HRCI credits.

Modular PI2 Workshops

Partners now have the ability to offer five modular workshops to accompany the PI2 products: one for the fundamentals of PI’s behavioral science, as well as one for each of the four aptitudes of talent optimization.

If a client attends all five modules, they will achieve the Predictive Index Professional Certification.

The PI2 Workshops are exclusively available for PI2 clients. They are designed to train participants in the interpretation and application of people data.

After all five modules of the PI2 workshops and earning The Predictive Index Professional Certification, a participant will be able to:
