PI2 Pricing and Packaging FAQs
Employee-based model
We recommend you sell a tier large enough to cover the entire organization’s employee population.
If you’re working with a specific location or department, you will be required to use the “groups covered” on the order form to specify who can use the subscription.
Our recommended package is Talent Optimization Essentials, which includes Hire, Inspire, and Perform. TO Essentials requires the same headcount across all modules. If necessary, you may price different module configurations at different headcount levels as a fallback option.
One of the key advantages of PI2 will be the ability to provide visibility to you and the user on how much they’ve been using their subscriptions. This will help you have productive expansion conversations with your clients. The timing of this visibility is TBD.
We will measure how many employees clients are using as part of their subscription.
- Hire: You will monitor Hire employee usage in PI2 as you do in the Legacy platform.
- Inspire/Design: Employees visible in the module
- Diagnose: Responses to a survey
- Perform: Number of users
Initially, the client won’t be locked out of the module and they will still be allowed to continue adding more employees. This will set you up well to have a contract expansion conversation.
Clients will be required to remove excess employees from the modules at their renewal to ensure they abide by their contracted limit, or expand to a higher headcount tier.
By the second half of 2025, the software will prevent clients from adding employees if they are above their limit. Making sure your clients manage their employee count will be crucial to avoid limiting their access to the modules.
Hire 2 Candidate credit model
