The PI Behavioral Assessment measures your drives based on four personality constructs- Dominance, Extroversion, Patience, and Formality.

It starts with drives and ends at behaviors.

Drives are naturally fed by behaviors. Are you a sociable and talkative person (high levels of extraversion)? If yes, you need social interaction to feel at your best. Because of this need for social interaction, the behavior you will likely portray is bouncing around the office engaging in social conversations on a regular basis. And, if your manager knew you had a high levels of extraversion, they would know that you will perform best in roles that allow you to be highly interactive with others and that you will likely be motivated through public recognition for your accomplishments.
