Wendy Fong
Hi! I'm Wendy Fong. I run a company called Chief Gigs and am a facilitator and speaker. I work with leaders to achieve optimum performance by aligning employees with organizational goals. Through my training programs, I advance diversity, equity, and inclusion in businesses and nonprofits. In fact, I have led close to 1000 people in both small and large group settings virtually this year on critical topics such as leading in crisis, change management, unconscious bias, and systemic racism.
As a result of my work, clients are able to have more productive conversations and solve complex problems within their organizations, workplaces, and communities.
On a personal note, I have dreams of moving to Cambodia to start a nonprofit when I retire.
