Ashley Ward is the founder and CEO of W Talent Solutions, a national executive recruiting and talent strategy firm with offices in Grand Rapids and Detroit, Michigan. She is certified in several psychometric assessment tools, including talent optimization through Predictive Index, in which she facilitates large talent strategy workshops. She has conducted over 20,000 professional candidate interviews within her career and has placed c-suite and president-level roles throughout the U.S.

Managing Director

Tasia is the Managing Director of W Talent Solutions. In this role, she helps set the firm's direction for delivering the highest caliber recruiting and talent strategy services. Tasia is certified in nearly a dozen psychometric assessment tools used to help clients identify and engage top-level talent and is an avid talent strategy workshop facilitator for executive leadership teams.
Prior to joining the firm, Tasia had a decade-long career in organizational development, leadership coaching, and recruitment strategies. She is a Society of Human Resources Management, Sr. Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), and is always looking for new opportunities to sharpen her skills.
