Eric has a long history of achievement. As an athlete he was a state champion powerlifter, track & field athlete, and grappler. He was a collegiate level track & field athlete that won conference on five occasions and earned honors as a division one All-American three separate times. As a highland game athlete, he broke world records and left his mark on the sport. He has had diverse experiences in business development, program management, criminal investigations, training, and coaching. His ability to adapt to changing needs coupled with an evidence-based approach builds trust while putting the client at ease. He is educated in the areas of coaching, organizational leadership, business, and ministry. He has held certifications in law enforcement, forensic interviewing, anti-money laundering, fraud examination, and firefighting. His training background covers leadership, critical incident stress management, chaplaincy, incident management, investigative process, tactical operations, SAS data analytics, field training programs, basic emergency medical interventions, audit, automotive dealer regulations, and personality assessments. He is a Talent Optimization Certified Consultant through Predictive Index. He has organized and led volunteer fundraising events for Saint Jude Children’s Research Hospitals, Shriners Hospitals for Children, and Warrior 360. He has served in Kairos Prison Ministry, homeless ministry, police chaplaincy, and delivered meals for Meals on Wheels. He founded V13M with his wife in 2019. Together they hope to provide the community with a business services company that will redefine the industry. Faith, hope, and charity are at the center of V13M’s purpose. Eric and his wife both believe deeply in the importance of servant leadership in the community.
