Founder & CEO

Shaara Roman is a board member, former CHRO, entrepreneur, speaker and CEO of a boutique management and culture consulting firm, The Silverene Group. Drawing on her global perspective, Shaara and her team help bring an organization’s aspirational culture to life to holistically strengthen a company’s trajectory and align the people and business strategy. She counsels CEOs, chief human
resource officers, and C-suite executives through pivotal organizational transitions, such as rapid growth, mergers, and acquisitions. Through analytics and advisory services, she guides leaders on creating successful strategies on organizational design, values alignment in hiring and leadership, and eliminating toxic stressors in the workplace, to produce engaged and productive teams. Shaara often speaks on the role of company culture in driving employee and business success. Prior to starting her business, she held leadership and executive level roles at CGI, Fannie Mae, NRECA and VISA leading talent and culture transformation efforts. She received an MBA from Georgetown University and serves on two non-profit boards.
