Diana Rivenburgh
CEO/President
Diana consults, speaks and writes on strategy, culture, sustainability, change and leadership. She has served in executive and leadership roles with Seniorlink, Gartner, Gentiva Health Services, Olsten and NEC. Diana is the author of an award-winning book, The New Corporate Facts of Life. She holds an M.S. in Positive Organizational Development and Change from Case Western Reserve University and a B.S. in Business Administration from NYIT.
Diana is a smart, strategic professional who quickly learns about the issues and challenges a business is facing and develops great solutions. She is a big picture thinker who can also grasp the details. She is thorough, reliable, and highly respected by everyone she worked with at my company.
Diana worked with our senior leadership team on organizational redesign. She taught, guided, facilitated and coached (me) through our confusion, hitting walls, fatigue factor to get us to a point where we had a plan, roadmap and direction for implementation. It was her foundational work that helped us come to consensus on a very thorny undertaking.
Diana - you bring an outside perspective and great expertise. You designed the flow and highlighted the specific models that would work. Two managers came to me to tell me how much the Senior Leadership Team are “gushing” about the progress and unity they made over the offsite. Their enthusiasm is already cascading through the organization, that’s quite amazing!
