John Scanlon is Owner & President of StonePath Business Solutions, a provider of Leadership Development and Process Improvement Training and Consulting. Prior to founding StonePath Business Solutions, John held several roles in manufacturing including Director level roles in Optical Manufacturing. Additionally, John held roles related to advanced manufacturing technology and equipment reliability. John holds a Black Belt Certification in Lean & Six Sigma and has led numerous projects savings companies millions of dollars. As a Manufacturing Leader John has Championed several projects while mentoring and developing Lean Practitioners. StonePath Business Solutions continues to develop new Lean Practitioners through the many Belt programs they offer. John has many years’ experience leading teams in different industries and environments. He has experience developing and deploying Continuous Improvement Teams and strategies in support of manufacturing operations. He has developed training strategies to increase effectiveness and reduce employee turnover. John understands the role vision casting and employee engagement play in the success of any initiative. John has worked with many Leaders to help them be more effective getting great results from their teams while increasing employee engagement and morale.John is a veteran of the Ohio Army National Guard. While serving with the Army National Guard John was deployed to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom where he led a team tasked with improving Ground Maintenance. Additionally, John previously served the residents of the State of Ohio as a Trooper with the Ohio State Highway Patrol. John received his Bachelor’s in Business Administration Degree from Mount Vernon Nazarene University and was selected to the Deans List on multiple occasions while working toward this degree. John then went on to obtain a Master’s in Business Administration degree from Ohio Dominican University. John was a Member of the Delta Mu Delta International Honor Society in Business while obtaining his MBA.
