Steve Picarde
Steve is the CEO and founder of PI Midlantic, the largest PI Certified Partner in the world. He works with clients worldwide and is a speaker on leadership development and talent management, an executive coach, and a board member for corporate and community organizations. Steve and his team partner with senior executives in over 600 companies, helping them achieve superior results by aligning talent with goals. Steve lives, works, and boats in Annapolis with his wonderful (and tolerant) family.
Steve Picarde, Jr.
Steve joined PI Midlantic in 2001 and was officially promoted to President in 2017. He is a trusted advisor with a focus on aligning a people strategy with his client’s business strategy. He currently supports 100+ clients, ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500’s. Steve has been awarded Predictive Index’s “Associate of the Year” in years past. He lives in Annapolis, MD with his wife and three children.
Chris Picarde
Chris Picarde partners with company leaders to hire the right people for the right roles, manage and motivate teams more effectively, and build high-performing teams that are aligned with their mission. In addition, Chris is serves as a Master Trainer for PI Midlantic’s Open Workshop Certifications. His expertise ranges from strategic planning, organization design, talent acquisition, leadership development, corporate cultures, team effectiveness.
