Dave is the founder and principal of Palmetto Leadership Center and is an ICF certified coach, and credentialed HR professional. Dave holds a master's degree in I/O Psychology from the Univ. of TN - Chattanooga and is a certified emotional intelligence practitioner with Genos International in addition to his affiliation with GetFive as a certified Career Coach.

Dave has been an integral member of our cultural change transformation at Nexteer Automotive. His ability to partner with an organization, and a department, is outstanding. His approach to change management both as a leader and teacher has been an invaluable combination for us. He challenges and coaches using various methods and he's available outside of formal sessions for individual coaching. His methods not only teach the team members but also enable them to become coaches themselves.
