Wendy Bryan
Prior to founding Forward Focused Business Advisors, Wendy’s 30+ year career encompassed a series of consistent successes as an entrepreneur, executive team member and individual contributor. She is a focused and energetic self-starter, mentor and leader who has a knack for creating energy and excitement within any organization. She holds a BS in Business Administration as well as her MBA w/a concentration in Marketing.
Phil Bryan
As a collaborative leader, Phil excels at building teams and fostering a positive work environment. He has a track record of taking non-performing or under-performing business lines, identifying the underlying barriers to success, and strategically positioning these lines for continued growth and success. Phil has over 30 years’ experience in the financial services environment and over 18 years serving in an executive function including President /CEO and member of the Board of Directors at The Cooperative Bank in Boston Massachusetts (2014 to 2019). Phil has a BS in Human Resources and completed MBA graduate work from Northeastern University.
Forward Focused BA brought extremely valuable expertise to a rapidly growing company that needed structure to guide its continued growth.
