Barbara came to me in 2015 and was instrumental in designing, developing, and delivering a comprehensive Leadership Development program for 3 levels of leadership at LDR Spine. Her tenacity for excellence, open style, creativity, flexibility to adjust along the way, and unwavering commitment to our organization made us feel like she was an integral part of our team.
