Trudy Hylemon
Senior Human Resources Consultant
Trudy’s 25-plus years of HR and leadership experience empowers her to bring a strategic, forward-thinking approach to Cascade members. She is passionate about recruitment and selection and excels in matching the best candidates with the right job opportunities. Trudy has filled a wide range of roles, from specialized to executive-level positions. She is friendly, collaborative and committed to helping members navigate their employee challenges.
Trudy earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Oregon State University and is an Organizational Development Certified Professional. She also holds a Professional in Human Resource Management certification and is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management. Trudy is a Talent Optimization Certified Consultant through PI.
Plummer Bailor
Leadership Development Consultant
Plummer is an Organizational Learning & Leadership Development professional with over 20 years of experience. As a corporate trainer, leadership strategist, and executive coach, he is known for his ability to connect with his clients and audiences and ensuring that they walk away with actionable strategies for positive change and improved performance.
Born and raised in Sierra Leone, West Africa, his unique world view has allowed him to share his expertise in multiple countries across several continents, including Africa, South America, and here in the United States of America.
Plummer holds a B.S. in Physics from Lebanon Valley College, and a Master of Arts in Organizational Management with a concentration in Organizational Leadership from Ashford University. Plummer is a Certified Talent Optimization Consultant through PI.
He spends most of his down time in his home studio making music.
