Westwood, MA – February 23, 2017 PI Southeast, LLC, a subsidiary of Predictive Index, LLC, which conducts business as The Predictive Index (PI), an award-winning workforce assessment platform, today announced that it has acquired Waterhouse Group, Inc., also known as Predictive Results, a management consulting firm and value-added PI reseller headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida.

As a PI Certified Partner, Predictive Results offers human capital management consulting, training, and other professional services, including PI workforce assessment software and management workshops. The Predictive Results team of consultants currently serves 160 clients across major US markets, including Jacksonville, Tampa, Orlando, Miami, and Atlanta.

Predictive Results was founded in 2007 by the illustrious entrepreneur, consultant, sales expert, speaker, author, and competitive cyclist, Steve Waterhouse. Prior to founding Predictive Results, Waterhouse had a successful career as a sales and marketing executive in the electronics space and also as an entrepreneur, launching several businesses.

“It’s been an amazing journey and I am privileged to have worked with such amazing people across The Predictive Index network and our client-base,” said Waterhouse, who has resigned from his position of President at Predictive Results. “It’s about time I take my foot off the gas to focus on my family and personal life – I’m grateful PI was there to help me make a smooth transition.”

Brett Unzicker, VP of Business Development at PI, will now also serve as General Manager of Predictive Results. “Steve has built and managed a tremendous business. I’m delighted to work more closely with the Predictive Results team and look forward to overseeing the continued growth of the business and ensuring we provide the best service to our clients,” said Unzicker.
