The Predictive Index Cognitive Assessment™ is Among Only a Handful of Cognitive Assessments to Achieve This International Accreditation
BOSTON – Aug 18, 2020 – The Predictive Index (PI), the talent optimization leader, today announced that The Predictive Index Cognitive Assessment™ was awarded a certificate of conformity under the European Federation of Psychologists’ Associations’ (EFPA) Test Review Model, a distinction reflecting the quality, validity, reliability, and fairness of its product.
In receiving this award, the PI Cognitive Assessment joins PI’s Behavioral Assessment, which was certified by third party reviewers from DNV-GL in 2018.
“This year-long effort underscores the scientific and technical mastery of the PI team who has worked tirelessly to sharpen the assessment while ensuring its compliance,” said Dr. Allison Siminovsky, PhD, Lead Scientist at The Predictive Index. “Congratulations to all for this incredible achievement and for passing this rigorous review for PI. This is another big step forward in differentiating PI as a science-backed talent optimization platform.”
The Predictive Index ran extensive analyses and documented information that was submitted to and reviewed by the DNV-GL. The EFPA does not focus solely on the instrument, but rather on the broader system in which it operates, including report design, client access, and relevant content. In total, researchers spent nearly 1,000 hours earning this certification.
