Automatically request assessments during the application or a later stage and then store results as PDF reports and links
Joynd (formerly called HRNX) offers a standard, real-time integration between iCIMS and The Predictive Index (PI) assessment platform. You can configure job requisitions in iCIMS to automatically request the assessment for candidates during the application process or you can initiate the assessment request for a specific candidate.

- Automatically re-direct your candidates to PI to complete their assessment during the application process. PI will re-direct the candidate back to iCIMS upon completion of the assessment.
- Request a PI assessment on a candidate-by-candidate basis using the “Take Action” feature in iCIMS.
- Upon completion of the assessment, a report link can be updated on the Recruiting Workflow in iCIMS or the report can be attached as a PDF.
- Management Style and Influencing Style information can be made available in the Behavioral report returned to iCIMS.
- If using PI Job Targets assigned to iCIMS requisitions, then PI Job Match/Fit Scores will be brought into iCIMS
- The integration will detect whether a candidate has already completed the PI assessment for your company and will return the candidate’s previously completed PI assessment results to the Recruiting Workflow in iCIMS.

- Joynd Fees calculated based on PI subscription size
- iCIMS may charge one-time activation and/or ongoing support fees.
- A Predictive Index subscription is required before this integration can be activated. There are no additional setup, access, or per-assessment charges beyond a PI subscription.
