Easily assess candidates and view PDF reports stored directly in the candidate details.
Hireology has constructed a built-in integration with The Predictive Index that can be activated by customer account administrators by providing a Predictive Index API Key.
Hiring users can order assessments directly from the Candidate Testing tab. Both Behavioral and Cognitive assessments are available.
Upon completion, the Testing tab contains the Match Score for each assessment that was associated with a PI Job Target as well as the PDF report ready for viewing. Opening PDF reports does not require a PI software login.
