Tavio offers a standard, real-time integration between Cornerstone on Demand and The Predictive Index (PI) assessment platform. Recruiting users within Cornerstone can assign PI assessments (Behavioral, Cognitive or both) and email invitations are automatically sent to the candidates. Upon completion of the assessment(s), results are stored in Cornerstone including status, score, and a link to the PI software detail view.

Features
Automatically order PI assessment invitations for eligible candidates based on data in Cornerstone on Demand. Upon completion of the assessment, a Behavioral report link is stored with the Candidate data. Clicking the link will take the user to the PI software page containing all assessment results for the candidate, including the Behavioral Report, the Cognitive Report, and the Interview Guide (if using PI Job Targets). The integration will even detect if a candidate has already completed the PI assessment for your company and will return the candidate's previously completed PI assessment results. If using PI Job Targets, the Score returned for each Behavioral or Cognitive assessment result can be the Match Score (1 to 10) reflecting the degree of similarity between the candidate’s results and the target for the job.Costs
