We are seeking an energetic, hard-working, solutions oriented Salesforce Business Applications Administrator who will be responsible for ensuring the continued performance and success of The Predictive Index’s Salesforce instance. The Salesforce Administrator will work to continuously improve The Predictive Index’s Salesforce instance and expand its features and functionality to enable efficient business operations. The ideal candidate will be a Salesforce Administrator/Developer that has experience both in administering Salesforce while also having experience building solutions on the Salesforce Platform, both with and without code.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Analyze existing processes and make recommendations to better streamline the Company’s operations within Salesforce.
  • Design and develop solutions on the Salesforce platform using workflows, e-mail alerts, custom objects, triggers, and Apex and Visualforce programming languages.

  • Enhance the user experience across the Predictive Index’s Partner Community and handle escalations for Partner Community support cases.
  • Understanding of business processes and ability to translate business requirements in system functionality.
  • Maintain data quality through ongoing data analysis, record deduplication, and implement process improvements that contribute to improved data quality.
  • Identify and leverage new trends and features in Salesforce and associated technologies to maximize the potential of the Salesforce.com platform.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred with 3+ years of experience administering a Salesforce instance.

  • Provide actionable guidance to the software development team with clear prioritization of development efforts to deliver their sprint commitments
  • Work closely with designers and developers, providing thorough reviews and necessary guidance to iterate over solution designs
  • Coordinate with the product marketing team to identify target customers, understand their needs, develop differentiated product messages, articulate key benefits and execute go-to-market plans
  • Communicate performance metrics to key stakeholders throughout the organization
  • Coordinate testing requirements for new features and work with developers to ensure high quality software releases
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to support execution of new features and enhancements, starting with requirements gathering, through wire framing, user testing, development, production, training, and support
  • Support the Agile Scrum process by managing the software product backlog, attending scrum meetings, and standing in as the representative of our clients during product development

DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred with 5 years of product management experience
  • Successful history of driving agile and scrum methodologies

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Act as Product Owner of a small & tight-knit development team. Bring the focus, passion, and energy of a product person to the team.
  • Collaborate across teams with other Product owners and developers to ensure a holistic product experience.
  • Interview clients and prospects to understand and empathize with their world and challenges
  • Clearly document and prioritize requirements and acceptance criteria for the team to build product features and enhancements.
  • Transform high-level visionary ideas and direct user feedback into actionable, delightful new features and enhancements, working closely with User Experience designers and developers along the way.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
  • Experience is less important than being a highly capable person. Some experience is better than none, but pales in comparison to being able to perform.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Agile methodology experience or knowledge helpful, but not required- it is more important to be passionate about driving things to done.
  • It would be helpful to have experience with interpreting data in some capacity, perhaps using tools like Domo, Mixpanel, Pendo, UserIQ, or Google Analytics. (Maybe you’ve looked at an Excel spreadsheet before?)
  • At some point, you’ve completely owned a project from start to finish and knocked it out of the park.

We are seeking an energetic and intellectually curious Staff Accountant who will be responsible for assisting with the monthly accounting close and overall success of the PI Finance Department. Successful candidates will be able to work collaboratively internally, as well as with our partners and clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Under the supervision of the Controller, this position’s key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

 

  • Participate in month-end closing process including but not limited to accrual preparation, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and the financial reporting process.
  • Process accounts receivable activity and follow-up on past due accounts.
  • Monthly sales tax filing
  • Interact with all parts of the organization to ensure timely and accurate financial information
  • Be a problem solver for our Partners within the accounting department – not just do the bookkeeping
  • Ad hoc reporting and projects
DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor’s or equivalent in Accounting
  • Preferably 2-4 years of general ledger GL accounting experience in company with revenue greater than $25 million
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel – particularly pivot tables and lookups
  • Strong problem-solving, judgement, technical and analytical skills, with a high level of planning/organization and attention to detail
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are a must
  • Ability to multi-task and effectively manage ever-changing priorities
  • Financial Force & Salesforce experience a plus!
