Diane brings 20 years of executive leadership in nonprofit, government and large corporations. She is the President of UpTalent Solutions and the Certified Partner with Predictive Index. She is an entrepreneur, starting two companies and realizing that scalability is directly related to finding the right talent. She has a wealth of experience in areas of strategy, contracting, operations, P & L and talent and succession management.

Dr. Giogi brings 40+ years of experience in Government and the public sector. Having held numerous command and leadership positions in the United States Air Force and Air National Guard, she is sensitive to the intricacies of government policy, their mission, vision and values and how those fit within organizations, leadership, succession planning, and professional development. Dr. Giogi has also worked for two major city Police Departments and knows the importance of operational and organizational strategic vision. She is an expert at leveraging her knowledge and experience with the value of timely business strategic execution while interfacing with the need for hiring the right person for the right position to achieve desired cross-functional results. Dr. Giogi graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Masters in Educational Leadership. She earned a Homeland Defense Certification from the Naval Post Graduate School, and holds a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Dr. Giogi is multi-lingual and fluent in two languages (English and Spanish). She serves as a content expert within her field of I/O Psychology with published research on the effects of Compassion Fatigue/Compassion Satisfaction on work engagement. Dr. Giogi is certified as a licensed practitioner of the Predictive Index System and is passionate about helping businesses achieve their maximum success.

Taylor's role is help create value for our clients as well as ensure the onboarding process for new clients is seamless. Taylor is committed to developing trust with all UpTalent clients, and she believes that, "in order for her to be successful, her clients must be successful as well".

Taylor joined the UpTalent team in 2021 and was quickly found a passion in the simplicity and application of the Predictive Index. In addition to being trained and certified as a PI practitioner, Taylor also has a passion for Talent Optimization, and has been certified as a Talent Optimization Consultant.

Nick acquired his Bachelor’s of Science in sociology from Northern Arizona University in 2014, completing his capstone project on youth recidivism in the criminal justice system. Nick has a passion for applying data and analytical tools to understand a problem, develop a solution, and put the solution into practice. Nick joined the UpTalent team in 2023 to fulfill an interest in applying the Predictive Index to help organizations place the right people in the right places. Nick believes that economic activity occurs within complex human relationships, and the Predictive Index provides the insight needed to navigate the many different personalities within an organization.
