Travis Lupton
Principal / Executive Recruiter
Travis started in the financial industry in 1995 in the Kansas City area and worked as a financial advisor, managed a Commercial bank branch and worked in mortgage lending. In 2003 Travis was part of a team that launched a mortgage banking operation that grew to operations in 15 states with a team of over 70 originators. After the mortgage crisis of the late 2000's, Travis began working in the staffing & recruiting industry eventually building a practice focused on the needs of the industries he understands. After roughly ten years in the staffing and executive recruiting industry, Travis & Caroline formed Lupton Partners, a husband & wife duo focused on delivering top talent for their clients.
Caroline Lupton
Caroline graduated from the University of South Carolina in 2003 with a degree in Experimental Psychology. Caroline has worked in the banking and financial services industries in operations and leadership roles, and additionally as controller for a Kansas City law firm. In 2020, Caroline joined the recruiting space while creating Lupton Partners, a husband & wife duo focused on helping clients attract talent and align business and people strategies.
