Mike Fabich is the founder and Managing Partner of Foxwood Associates. He is an experienced leader, executive coach, facilitator of meaningful organizational change, teacher, business owner, husband and father. Mike practices extensively in the areas of organizational and leadership development, executive coaching and mentoring, organizational and cultural transformation, and corporate revitalization. He has a deep, cross-functional understanding of all aspects of business. He believes that organizational structure, systems, skills and strategy need to be aligned in order to maximize organizational success. Mike is passionate about unlocking human and organizational potential, and helping his clients develop practical and executable solutions to issues that affect business performance. Mike brings more than thirty-five years of business leadership experience to each advisory engagement. He has been a small business owner and has held senior leadership positions in small, family-owned businesses as well as multi-national, publicly traded companies.
Greg Gauthier is a Partner with Foxwood Associates. Greg’s career spans more than three decades of senior executive and leadership roles in public and private companies including more than twenty years of ownership experience in the construction, engineered capital equipment, architectural wood products and industrial service sectors. Greg specializes in executive coaching, leadership development, strategy and culture transformation for high-performance organizations. He has a strong background in all areas of business with particular emphesis in business turnaround, organizational development, and business planning. He also has first-hand experience working successfully with organized labor and labor negotiations. Greg’s practical style reflects a simple philosophy that culture is at the root of all performance issues since how we think determines how we’ll perform.
