Liz Hafer
Liz kicked off her career as a successful sales executive in the IT industry before striking out on her own and founding two companies: Corporate Teams and Profile Assessments.com. Her interest in understanding what makes people tick in the workplace was fueled by the extensive training in her corporate role. Liz continued her education earning a Masters in International Management with an emphasis in cross-cultural communications from the University of Denver.
Liz discovered that the key to great teams and leaders is not in skills alone. Behaviors are THE distinguishing characteristic that differentiate good leaders from truly great leaders.
Liz's passion for understanding human behaviors is what led to her to creating more than forty team and leadership development programs. She works across all levels of organizations focusing on leadership and teams. Liz is an engaging facilitator, executive coach, and entrepreneur. Her company commitment is go beyond intellectual learning and create an environment that puts principles into immediate action.
Liz was a Professor at the University of Denver Daniels College of Business and the University of Colorado Boulder Leeds School of Business. She was recognized in the annual 40 Under 40 by the Denver Business Journal and was awarded the Women’s Leadership of Excellence Award by the Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce. She served as Chairwomen of the Board for the Colorado Womens Chamber of Commerce and was a Board Member for the Womens Vision Foundation.
