New Coaching Guide: Organizations that are subscribed to both PI Hire and PI Inspire now have access to the Coaching Guide in Inspire. Get customized questions based on how an individual’s behavioral tendencies compare to the behavioral requirements of their job role.
External Users in PI Perform: Perform now supports external users from more than one organization. An external user’s permissions can also be updated to align with an Admin or Manager role.
Joynd ATS Integrations: We’re providing additional ATS support in the form of integrations with Joynd. We hope these integrations provide you with greater flexibility when looking to leverage PI insights in your existing hiring process!
PI Diagnose is Generally Available: Improve employee engagement with PI Diagnose. Collect detailed (and anonymous) engagement data with our Employee Experience Survey, or hone in on specific areas of engagement with our pulse surveys. Diagnose also provides detailed reporting, including organization-wide health scores, team-specific heat maps, and year-over-year data trends.
Relationship Guide Download: We added the ability for Inspire users to download a copy of the Relationship Guide to easily print or share.
Updated Relationship Guide in PI Perform: Pull up the Relationship Guide in Perform, and you’ll now see updated content, including relationship strengths, cautions, and tips to ensure a productive relationship.
Open Invitation Links: PI Hire users can now send assessments to candidates via open invitation (OI) links. Create your OI link right within Hire, and configure additional settings, such as auto-sending the PI Cognitive Assessment when a candidate completes the PI Behavioral Assessment.
New Global Dashboard: We’re introducing a new homepage! Log in to the software or click the PI logo from the top navigation bar, and you’ll be brought to a dashboard containing recent activity (e.g., assessments sent, jobs created) and quick links to help you navigate the software faster.
