BA Report Download in PI Perform: Users can now view and download a PDF copy of their Behavioral Assessment report right within PI Perform.
Management Tips and Relationship Guide Downloads: PI Inspire users can now download a PDF copy of a person’s management tips using the download button next to that person’s name. Likewise, they can download a PDF copy of the Relationship Guide using the download button at the top of the guide.
PI Placards: Show off your Reference Profile with PI Placards! Inspire users can now download and print a visual of their Behavioral Pattern—perfect for a company kitchen or home office.
New Hire Onboarding Flow: We’ve added the ability for PI Hire users to generate a workspace in PI Perform between a candidate and their manager once that candidate is marked as “hired.” This workspace includes a new hire agenda designed to help kickstart the employee-manager relationship.
Updated Folder Functionality: PI users will now be able to see which folder a person resided in within the legacy version of the software, and have the ability to modify that folder assignment. (Changing this value will not affect access.)
API Integration Admin Screen: Organization admins can now access open API settings from the Integrations tab within Administration. This includes the ability to create a default webhook to receive PI assessment event data, as well as the ability to generate and manage API keys.
External (Non-Domain) Employees: Prior to this release, users could only add employees to the software when they had an email matching an existing organization domain. Now, organization admins and third-party users can enable the ability to allow external email domains when adding employees via the Administration page. (Only org admins and TPUs can add non-domain employees.)
Streamlined Top Performer and Internal Candidate Flow: Using PI Hire for top performers or internal candidates? We’ve added the ability to search for existing BA results within Hire, so you can find existing top performers or add internal candidates with ease.
