Add candidates via Behavioral Score ID: Hire users can now add a candidate to a job by entering that person’s BSID information. (A BSID is a unique identifier used to retrieve a corresponding set of PI Behavioral Assessment results.) Doing so will create a new candidate record using the Behavioral Pattern from the BSID.
Add custom fields in Diagnose: When uploading an organization file to Diagnose, users will soon be able to include up to three custom fields (e.g., work environment, shift time) by adding relevant column headers to that file.
Delete candidates in Hire: Users can now delete candidates from three places in Hire: the candidate list in the Hiring Center; the candidates tab for a specific job; and a candidate page. Only users with edit access to the job with the associated candidate can delete that candidate. Please note: Deleted candidates cannot be restored.
Factor Combinations added to Job Report: When users view a Job Report in Hire, they will now see visual icons indicating the most prominent (or “widest”) Factor Combinations associated with that job based on its Job Target. We hope this update makes it easier for PI power users to take action on our science.
