Modify Employee Emails: Organization admins can now modify an employee’s email address from their “Edit Employee Details” page in Administration. The employee will receive an email informing them about the change and sharing their updated login email. Their login password will not change.
Send Assessments in Inspire: We’ve updated the Inspire experience to allow users to send assessments to co-workers without inviting them as users into the software itself. Users will now have the option to auto-send a PDF version of the Behavioral Assessment report and/or invite the recipient into the software. We hope the change allows for additional flexibility in how you use Inspire.
Behavioral Score ID (BSID) in Behavioral Assessment Report: View an employee’s Behavioral Report in Inspire or a candidate’s in Hire, and you’ll now see a unique identifier at the bottom, known as a Behavioral Score ID. An employee or candidate can use their BSID to retrieve their assessment results if ever asked to retake the assessment.
Job Reports in Hire: Click into a job, and you’ll see a new “Job Report” option on the left-hand side. The Job Report uses your active Behavioral Target to provide insights into your potential candidates and job requirements. You can also download the Job Report to share with key stakeholders.
Anonymize non-software users: Previously, organization admins could only anonymize candidates and archived software users. Now, non-software users can also be anonymized. Please note: This does not apply to Perform data.
