With experience at both small non-profit organizations and large global companies, Courtney brings to the team a broad knowledge of human resource practices. Through a personable and analytical approach, Courtney enjoys working directly with companies to develop, analyze, and build compensation structures that fit organizational needs.

For me, the most valuable aspect of membership is the ability to "phone an HR friend” whenever I need advice, direction or just a shoulder to cry on.
