President and Founder
Nick Ryberg provides leadership and strategic direction for the firm. He also leads the PI and Employee Engagement Practice, working with clients on implementation of workforce analytics and assessments. In addition, Nick continues lead retained searches for clients around the world, peer advisory group facilitation and executive coaching.
VP of Client Success
Carolyn Ryberg heads-up our client relations efforts and has overall responsibility for development and implementation of client success and retention strategies and programs. She works across all of our product and service offerings to assure the firm is providing world class client services.
Client Success Manager
Page Swanger manages the Client Success process for both our Predictive Index and Employee Engagement programs. Page works with clients from initial implementation through long-term success of our systems and tools. She assures client success and long-term retention.
