Rob Lockard, SPHR, SCP
Rob is the President of emineo talent, a recruiting and talent optimization firm that focuses on helping tech, fintech, & non-profit organizations achieve people prominence. Before officially starting the firm in October 2018, Rob's HR knowledge allowed him to experience eight separate industries, in four different cities, while achieving three certifications and guiding teams through three disasters (9/11, and two Hurricanes), while living in three unique areas of the country. Among other positions that he has held on various local SHRM Boards, Rob has been a former President of DCSHRM and state representative. These experiences have helped him to possess both an SPHR & SHRM-SCP certification since 2015.
As a progressive business thinker, Rob prefers to stay at the forefront of industry trends, and participate in open conversations about the future of HR. Outside of seeking remarkable talent, networking and participating in organizations like HackingHR on both the international and local stages make him happiest.
Rob resides in Kansas City, MO with his wife and two boys. Together, they enjoy spending time with friends and being outdoors somewhere. As proclaimed by Rob's five-year-old, "We love the lake & the beach."
