    Joynd (formerly called HRNX) offers a standard, real-time integration between SAP SuccessFactors and The Predictive Index (PI) assessment platform. You can configure job requisitions in SuccessFactors to automatically show the assessment to candidates inline during the application process, you can set up an assessment invitation email upon reaching a certain step, or a recruiter can manually initiate the assessment invitation email for a specific candidate.

    Results are available using the standard SuccessFactors assessment results fields with the score containing the Job Match Score and the results link pointing to either a PDF report or the PI software Person Page where results can be found.

    Features

    • Automatically re-direct your candidates to PI to complete their assessment during the application process. PI will re-direct the candidate back to SuccessFactors upon completion of the assessment.
    • Automatically send an assessment invitation when a candidate reaches a designated step.
    • Request a PI assessment on a candidate-by-candidate basis using the “Initiate Assessment” Action in SuccessFactors.
    • Upon completion of the assessment, a Behavioral report link is shown in the Historical Results > Assessments section of the candidate details view. Clicking the link will download the report as a PDF. Management Style and Influencing Style information can be made available in the Behavioral report returned to SuccessFactors.
    • The integration will detect if a candidate has already completed the PI assessment for your company and will return the candidate’s previously completed PI assessment results.
    • If using PI Job Targeting, the Score returned for each Behavioral or Cognitive assessment result can be the Match Score (1 to 10) reflecting the degree of similarity between the candidate’s results and the target for the job.
