New Group Actions
Group actions make it easy to analyze, share, and manage multiple people, with a single action. We’ve introduced two new group action features:
Group Action – Print
Now there’s a convenient way to compare candidates and share their results with others.
Group Action – Archive People & Positions
Better organize your database by archiving multiple candidates, employees, or positions at once!
Note: Archiving People and Positions hides them in your Browse and Search views, but don’t worry – you can always restore your archived People and Positions from the Archive folder.
Open Invitation Kiosk Mode
This feature is useful in situations where multiple people are expected to take the Behavioral Assessment consecutively, like at an application kiosk or job fair. It includes a convenient “Start Over” button at the end of the Open Invitation Behavioral Assessment.
Outlier Notation added to Patterns
For the individuals with very wide patterns (you know who you are), factors higher or lower than 3 sigmas are now indicated with a small arrow on the pattern, to demonstrate that the factor is off the graph.
Print the Checklist from PI
For when you need to administer Paper PI Assessments, the checklists (in all languages) can now be downloaded from within the new software.
Combine PI Patterns
Your original Self Pattern is considered the most accurate Behavioral Pattern. If someone has taken a new Behavioral Assessment (or has more than one on file), it’s important to combine their patterns sets in order to have the most accurate data. Make it right!
Custom Fields in Open Invitation
This key feature lets you collect custom information upfront (such as division or store #) to better classify and locate candidates or employees in your database.
