How long does it take to fill out an employee engagement survey?

Engagement surveys tend to vary in length, depending on the format and survey cadence. 

Larger-scale surveys may take upward of 15 to 30 minutes to complete, and are administered every three to six months. By contrast, smaller “pulse” surveys may take just five to 10 minutes, but are intended to be administered more frequently—such as monthly, or even weekly.
