Legal
Legal Assistant (Contracts & Compliance)
PURPOSE:

The Contracts and Compliance Specialist [CCS] will assist the Director of Legal Affairs with preparation and administration of a wide variety of contracts and other legal documents for use with internal and external business customers and provide support for inbound requests to the legal department.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Contracts and Compliance Specialist has broad responsibility to work collaboratively with the Finance, Legal, and PI Technical Support teams to support timely fulfillment of legal requests and execution of a broad array of agreements.

Primary functions are:

 

  • Provide support and assistance to the Director of Legal Affairs
  • Serve as front-line interface to distribution network for high volume, complex incoming requests in connection with client agreements and requests for revisions
  • Assist with drafting, negotiation and implementation of certified partner and other distribution agreements
  • Track legal department workflow to prioritize tasks and ensure timely completion, including the creation of databases
  • Monitor incoming client agreements, track status from inception to completion and provide updates as needed
  • Prepare legal correspondence and basic agreements for review
  • Respond in timely manner to contract inquiries and disseminate to appropriate departments
  • Assist with revision and edits to contracts as needed
  • Provide administrative assistance with major contracts including the formatting and finalizing of agreements
  • Conduct compliance on vendor agreements
  • Work closely with Director of Legal Affairs to identify and resolve matters of non-compliance
  • Other duties as assigned
DESIRED EXPERIENCE:

The CCS will possess a strong attention to detail and move at a quick pace. He/she must be comfortable multi-tasking and be willing to dig into the details to resolve problems. Performing with a high degree of accuracy and quality is essential.

The CCS must be able to communicate with all areas and levels of PI. He/she will work with internal support teams and external licensee network ensuring data integrity and compliance.  He/she will work with Vice President of Finance to streamline processes and create efficiencies wherever necessary.

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our VP of Business Development and VP of Global Partner Recruiting in growing and supporting our Certified Partner Network (CPN).  This is an exciting opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a growing department and make an instant impact on our CPN network.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide administrative support to VP Business Development, VP Global Partner Recruiting, and CPN department, as needed, to include scheduling of meetings, travel arrangements, expense reports, etc.

PURPOSE:

The Accountant is responsible for recording and reconciling monthly licensee revenue. The Accountant will also be responsible for maintaining revenue deferral and accretion records. Performing with a high degree of accuracy and quality is essential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Accountant has broad responsibility to work collaboratively with the finance team and other members of the organization.

Responsibilities include:

  • Reconcile monthly transactions and activity for revenue recognition to ensure compliance with GAAP and account for foreign currency adjustments
  • Perform account reconciliations to include cash application, revenue deferrals & accretions
  • Provide service and support to both clients and licensee network through account management and research
  • Provide assistance and back-up support for internal Accounts Receivable billing and cash application proceduresAssist in licensee revenue audits and supply work papers for internal financial review by outside accountants

Software Engineer
PURPOSE:

We are building the software engineering capability of our technology department and need a few key resources to start and lead this process. As a Software Engineer, you will be a key person who will determine how to implement features, working with the team to rearchitect components, collaborating with the rest of the team.
