Training and Development Manager
PURPOSE:

The Predictive Index (PI) recognizes that to be a world leader in the human capital solutions space, we need to be a leader in training and workplace readiness for our global network. We have an immediate opportunity for a training and onboarding leader.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop and refine our world-class onboarding program. We are seeking a Training and Development Manager to ensure additions to our Certified Partner Network (CPN) are onboarded effectively. This is a highly visible position, interacting with internal and field executive leadership at The Predictive Index. The ideal candidate will demonstrate creativity, influence, and a passion for training and development. They will bring both knowledge and experience in leading an innovative training curriculum focused on best-practices.

The Training and Development Manager will develop, maintain, and manage all aspects of onboarding for new additions to our rapidly growing global network. They will communicate and collaborate, ensuring all new additions to our global network have the tools and training to achieve success from day one. This person will report directly to the VP of Global Talent Acquisition.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Collaborating with Learning and Development, Product Development, IT, Marketing and Sales leadership to create best-in-class sessions intended to enable attendees' success
  • Advancing The Predictive Index's global vision for learning and development strategy by driving performance through dynamic and blended learning (online, virtual, and live classroom sessions)
  • Facilitating continuing education for all programs related to new associates and partners with a focus on selling, training, consulting and servicing PI clients here and abroad
  • Collaborating with Learning and Development to pinpoint specific learning needs and provide solutions and resources to positively impact results, identifying when learning should be role specific versus universal and optimize resources in order to meet the growing needs of the business
  • Continuously improving and enhancing the onboarding programs
  • Partnering with the Client Success Managers to effectively transition attendees from the global onboarding program to ongoing support
  • Establishing and maintaining a high level of attendee satisfaction
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts as advisory boards when developing and enhancing program
DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of related experience including adult learning, presentation, facilitation, and training skills
  • Human capital or SaaS organization experience in human resources, learning and development, talent management, talent acquisition, organizational development, or training capacity
  • Ability to lead and balance multiple, highly visible projects simultaneously
  • Project management experience and proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Highly organized, with excellent scheduling, follow-up and follow-through
  • Ability to adjust to changing priorities
  • Comfort working with a small team
  • Enjoyment in having a significant impact on an organization

PURPOSE:

We are seeking an energetic, hardworking, influential Sales Executive who will develop and close a strong pipeline of new customers, primarily through phone-based selling.     

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Consistent use of sales approach and techniques based on product or service solutions.
  • Seek out and build new business by researching, identifying targets, and networking.
  • Identifying customer pain points and offering consultative solutions that match the product.
  • Deliver live and web-based presentations and training sessions to prospective clients.
  • Make outbound phone calls to generate new accounts and push other prospects along the sales cycle.
  • Achieve and exceed established monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals.
  • Develop knowledge of products through internal training
  • Log, track and maintain customer contact and contact records.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
  • 5+ years of sales experience selling solutions and/or services over the phone
  • Experienced in B2B sales
  • Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent in-person, phone and written customer communication skills.
  • Understanding of workflow systems and their application to customer business process improvement.
  • Outstanding presentation skills. Ability to make formal and informal presentation to prospects.
  • Ability to prioritize work assignments and shift work efforts based on the needs of the department or business goals.
  • Strong PC skills required, including use of standard MS Office applications; knowledge of Salesforce.com a plus.
  • Ability to manage time effectively, work independently and be self-motivated.
  • Strong lead generation and follow-up skills.

We are seeking an energetic, hardworking, Help Desk Specialist. You will be the point person for operational issues. You should be comfortable in a Windows environment, capable using SQL and application logs to understand and solve customer issues, and you should enjoy satisfying a global and diverse group of end users.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Responsible for supporting all customer service requests via phone or e-mail in a timely manner.
  • Handle first-touch resolution for issues related to our customer-facing and internal applications
  • Provide escalated support for customer and application issues
  • Collect, analyze and report on team metrics with direction from service support manager
  • Provide issue analysis and customer perspective to the Product & Engineering Team’s
DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
  • Years of experience required is less important than being a high capability person. Some is better than none, but pales in comparison to being able to perform. 
  • Experience troubleshooting SaaS applications
  • Bonus: Experience writing basic SQL queries
  • Bachelors degree in related field 
  • Proficient in Microsoft office suite
