The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for creating and communicating the value proposition for workforce analytics and behavioral assessment products/services provided by PI. As the voice of the buyer, they will craft the messaging and positioning for all products and services, develop innovative marketing programs that drive demand, and will transfer that knowledge through all sales channels. This is a highly diverse role fit for an individual who is looking to lead all product marketing initiatives for a rapidly growing global B2B company. Attention to detail, an eye for quality, and the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into benefits is critical for success in this role.
The position will be based in PI’s office in Westwood, MA. Travel may be required based on project-specific needs.

The part-time Commercial Contracts Attorney will report to the Director of Legal Affairs and assist with support to The Predictive Index’s growing sales and services operations on a part-time basis. The position will have responsibility to negotiate a wide variety of commercial contracts and will be responsible for reviewing and negotiating SaaS subscription agreements, professional services agreements, statements of work, non-disclosure agreements, and other commercial contracts.
