Product Marketing Manager
PURPOSE:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for creating and communicating the value proposition for workforce analytics and behavioral assessment products/services provided by PI. As the voice of the buyer, they will craft the messaging and positioning for all products and services, develop innovative marketing programs that drive demand, and will transfer that knowledge through all sales channels. This is a highly diverse role fit for an individual who is looking to lead all product marketing initiatives for a rapidly growing global B2B company. Attention to detail, an eye for quality, and the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into benefits is critical for success in this role.

  • Branding – Serve as the gatekeeper of the PI brand, develop guidelines, and uphold brand standards internally and across the PI member firm network of global resellers
  • Buyer Behaviors & Trends – Understand the buyer journey, develop/maintain buyer persona research, and ultimately serve as the resident expert on target customer demographics, needs, requirements, etc.
  • Product Messaging – Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates products and services from the global market
  • Sales Enablement – Create collateral and present across the company to conduct knowledge transfer of features, benefits, and key market differentiators (includes PRM marketing)
  • Product Release Planning – Work closely with Product Management to create a marketing calendar, plan and launch new products/services
  • Competitive Intelligence & Market Trends – Conduct ongoing research on competitors and the market and identify areas for opportunity and growth from both a product and branding standpoint 

 

DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
  • Passion for B2B analytics, assessments, and/or survey tools (SaaS) and the ability to identify and explain technology, product, and market differentiators
  • Working knowledge of product development, management, and marketing processes/standards for B2B software or business services
  • Has worked with sales channels, including direct sales, web, reseller, or VAR
  • Willingness to present to and engage with employees, affiliates, and/or clients via product trainings, product promotions, and at live events
  • Very strong writing and oral communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and project management skills; proficient in project management methodologies

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Talent Acquisition Specialist assists the Executive Search team on national and international searches as internal talent acquisition. This role provides recruiting administration and coordination in support of the Executive Search team. He/she is both polished and professional. This individual will support the entire candidate recruitment process.  He/she will have exemplary time management skills and should be both innovative and driven.  The ideal candidate is intuitive adaptive, forward-thinking, and is committed to continuous improvement.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
  • The successful candidate will have 2 plus years’ experience in a corporate or agency recruiting or human resources environment
  • A record of success assisting in the identification, selection and placement of Executive level candidates
  • An undergraduate/ Bachelor’s degree degree is required
  • Ability to ensure consistent delivery of a world-class candidate experience with excellent follow up and timely follow through
  • Maintain regular tracking of candidates to ensure that individual, team, and company goals are being met. The Talent Sourcer will be responsible for the proactive sourcing of high quality Executive level professionals for both national and international roles. This role will require recruitment of a diverse candidate pool through creative and innovative sourcing strategy utilizing various methodologies.

In this role, the ideal candidate will:

  • Build talent pipelines to source candidates through direct channels, social media, internet sourcing, email, blogs and networking events, talent mapping and relationship building
  • Generate candidate interest through creative marketing and social media messaging
  • Provide an initial screen and high level assessment of a candidate's knowledge, skills and abilities and overall fit with the role
  • Actively track, manage and report on candidate pipelines through the use of LinkedIn Recruiter and the dedicated Sourcing CRM (Avature)

DESIRED EXPERIENCE:

Commercial Contracts Attorney (part-time)
PURPOSE:

The part-time Commercial Contracts Attorney will report to the Director of Legal Affairs and assist with support to The Predictive Index’s growing sales and services operations on a part-time basis.  The position will have responsibility to negotiate a wide variety of commercial contracts and will be responsible for reviewing and negotiating SaaS subscription agreements, professional services agreements, statements of work, non-disclosure agreements, and other commercial contracts.  

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Reviewing, drafting and negotiation of a variety of agreements with customers and prospects, including software-as-a-service subscription and services agreements, order forms, renewals, statements of work and NDAs
  • Reviewing and negotiating distribution agreements, sales agreements, marketing/ad agreements, SOWs, and NDAs with partners and vendors
  • Responding to inquiries relating to customer and distribution agreements
  • Quickly identify the major legal issues presented and escalate as necessary
  • Support the continuous improvement of standard form agreements and legal processes


DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
  • Active bar membership and good standing in Massachusetts (required)
  • 2-5 years of experience in a commercial or corporate department of a major law firm and/or an in-house legal department preferred
  • Technology licensing experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment

Revenue Accountant
PURPOSE:

The Accountant is responsible for recording and reconciling monthly licensee revenue. The Accountant will also be responsible for maintaining revenue deferral and accretion records. Performing with a high degree of accuracy and quality is essential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Accountant has broad responsibility to work collaboratively with the finance team and other members of the organization.

Responsibilities include:

  • Reconcile monthly transactions and activity for revenue recognition to ensure compliance with GAAP and account for foreign currency adjustments
  • Perform account reconciliations to include cash application, revenue deferrals & accretions
  • Provide service and support to both clients and licensee network through account management and research
  • Provide assistance and back-up support for internal Accounts Receivable billing and cash application procedures
  • Assist in licensee revenue audits and supply work papers for internal financial review by outside accountants
  • Complete special projects
DESIRED EXPERIENCE:

The Accountant must possess a strong understanding of financial statement preparation and related accounting pronouncements. He/she will work to identify efficiencies in all related accounting processes.
