The Contracts and Compliance Specialist [CCS] will assist the Director of Legal Affairs with preparation and administration of a wide variety of contracts and other legal documents for use with internal and external business customers and provide support for inbound requests to the legal department.

We are building the software engineering capability of our technology department and need a few key resources to start and lead this process. As a Software Engineer, you will be a key person who will determine how to implement features, working with the team to rearchitect components, collaborating with the rest of the team. You will be responsible for database design and coding through client-side code. You will assist both with rewriting our current software applications and in our roadmap. While primarily focused on software, the engineering will be comfortable assisting operations and working with product on requirements.
