Shipping and Receiving Manager
PURPOSE:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are currently looking for a Shipping and Receiving Manager to manage our kit fulfillment and shipping/receiving.

Responsibilities:

  • Navigate our multi-faceted online Business Center which includes monitoring and scheduling orders to coordinate shipments to and from our offices and/or our fulfillment center.
  • Ensure that inventory is sufficient
  • Ensure accurate reporting of orders shipped, inventory reserves and foreign inventory rollovers.
  • Reconcile all shipments with the accounting team.

Shipping/Receiving:

  • Subject matter expert on shipping vendors (Optima, FedEx and UPS) to include the most efficient and cost effective shipping methods.
  • Ensure all shipments are delivered on time, with the right resources.
  • Troubleshoot delivery issues with Optima, FedEx, or UPS
  • Distribute all incoming packages and mail for our corporate office.

Inventory

  • Periodically audit inventory at all four locations (Corporate HQ, Optima, Watson & Leed’s) including assemblies, transfers and adjustments
  • Order, maintain and receive inventory– creating Purchase Orders when needed
  • Reconcile receipts – UPS/Optima/W.B Mason/Crown Coffee
  • Maintain inventory levels of & kitchen and office supplies

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Head of Product Marketing is responsible for creating and communicating the value proposition for workforce analytics and behavioral assessment products/services provided by PI. As the voice of the buyer, they will craft the messaging and positioning for all products and services, develop innovative marketing programs that drive demand, and will transfer that knowledge through all sales channels. This is a highly diverse role fit for an individual who is looking to lead all product marketing initiatives for a rapidly growing global B2B company. Attention to detail, an eye for quality, and the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into benefits is critical for success in this role.

  • Branding – Serve as the gatekeeper of the PI brand, develop guidelines, and uphold brand standards internally and across the PI member firm network of global resellers
  • Buyer Behaviors & Trends – Understand the buyer journey, develop/maintain buyer persona research, and ultimately serve as the resident expert on target customer demographics, needs, requirements, etc.
  • Product Messaging – Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates products and services from the global market
  • Sales Enablement – Create collateral and present across the company to conduct knowledge transfer of features, benefits, and key market differentiators (includes PRM marketing)
  • Product Release Planning – Work closely with Product Management to create a marketing calendar, plan and launch new products/services
  • Competitive Intelligence & Market Trends – Conduct ongoing research on competitors and the market and identify areas for opportunity and growth from both a product and branding standpoint 
DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
  • Passion for B2B analytics, assessments, and/or survey tools (SaaS) and the ability to identify and explain technology, product, and market differentiators
  • Working knowledge of product development, management, and marketing processes/standards for B2B software or business services
  • Has worked with sales channels, including direct sales, web, reseller, or VAR
  • Willingness to present to and engage with employees, affiliates, and/or clients via product trainings, product promotions, and at live events

We are seeking an energetic, hardworking, influential Sales Executive who will develop and close a strong pipeline of new customers, primarily through phone-based selling.     

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Consistent use of sales approach and techniques based on product or service solutions.
  • Seek out and build new business by researching, identifying targets, and networking.
  • Identifying customer pain points and offering consultative solutions that match the product.
  • Deliver live and web-based presentations and training sessions to prospective clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Account Manager will be the PI expert and bring the power of PI to our clients.  They will use their relationships to manage and grow direct accounts for PI.   This will include launching clients on our software, coordinating training with a local Certified Partner, and ensuring the client is actively using the system.  This role is ideal for an individual who has the ability to grasp overall strategy while executing on specific tasks and projects at once.
  • Manage assigned accounts including implementation and on-going communication and support.
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to assigned clients.
  • Develop a long lasting trusted advisor relationship with all accounts, customer stakeholders and certified partners.
  • Actively engage and support PI service levels and manage new client implementation process.
