Here's what it takes.

  • Executive experience and strong business acumen

  • Undergraduate Degree or equivalent executive experience
  • 10+ years' professional experience in a Management Consulting, Professional Services, Executive Recruiting or Professional Sales environment

  • A passion for people & business

  • Skill in consultative selling, strong networking and prospecting skills and relationship management

  • Independent with proven organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to self-manage, prioritize initiatives

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on client presentations 1:1 and large groups; previous training experience ideal
